Erwin Oksana is a German artist born in 1993 and graduated from the University of Arts in Bremen.

His graffiti practice began at the age of 15, when he painted on the walls of his city. In 2015, he joined 1UP, one of the most famous European street art groups, which he left in 2017 to dedicate himself to a personal practice. His works are influenced by the history of graffiti but also by advertising visuals that he collects and archives in order to work on their forms and study their compositions.

He participates in several collective and individual exhibitions in Germany, which leads him on the path of an ever more profound studio work that brings him to the practice of collage, tearing, re-pasting, to the very materiality of the support that becomes visible. The artist also plays with the codes of reproduction and the original work by printing high resolution scans of his works.
